Do your products work on all hair types?

Yes ! Most of our products are designed to work on all hair types.

What are the delivery times?

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 24 to 72 business hours. Delivery times are then estimated at between 7 and 10 business days depending on the destination and the time of year.

How do I process returns? What is your return policy ?

How do I track my order ?

I did not receive an order confirmation email after my purchase

Most of our products can be packed in your check-in luggage, but we always recommend checking airline regulations, especially for electronic devices or heat styling tools, to ensure compliance.

What happens if my item is confiscated during travel?
