We want you to love your Matin Rose products. If you're not completely happy, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
- For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics (lipsticks, lip liners, mascaras) cannot be returned, unless they arrived faulty or damaged.
- Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
EU / Ireland cooling-off period
If you live in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, provided the item is unopened.
How to start a return
Email us first at contact@matinrose.com with your order number. We'll send you a return label. Items sent back without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
